K.C. Bound

Our next stop was Kansas City!   On the way there we made a quick visit to Mark's grandma and grandpa's in Oklahoma.  It's always so good to see them and the girls were extra excited to see their pets.  It's becoming inevitable that we will need to invest in a dog soon.  I feel like it would complete Kiki.  She is totally in love with animals!

Loving on Gracie.  Mark & I picked this dog out for his grandparents 11 years ago when we were dating!

While we were in Kansas City, we got the chance to go to a KU game!  It was so fun!

These guys know how to grow a beard!

Mom and dad pulled out the legos and we had a blast with them.  Melissa and I worked on a small lego village throughout the trip!

We really had a wonderful visit!  It was the first time the girls and I had been at Mom & Dad Murrill's house since their renovation was finished and it is just awesome!  They've done an amazing job at making it so beautiful and homey.  We loved every minute of the time there and we can't wait to go back!

So good to see Grandma!

Tulsa Part 1

We had a great Christmas in Tulsa with my family.  It was a busy few days seeing family and friends.

Kiki was excited to open up her new buddy, Kit!

And Rosie was on cloud nine to receive Caroline for Christmas.  She's been really wanting her for forever!

On Christmas Day, all of the family came over for a late lunch and present opening.  It was a fun day.

Papa's a kidder:)

We had wonderful visits with Mumsie.  We didn't realize just how special this time with her was.

The girls loved being with their cousins!

And at Sabbath School...

Sweet Cousins

We got the chance to get family portraits done.  It was a LONG day, but very worth it.  We haven't gotten them back yet, but these are a few from the day.

Grandkids

The whole bunch

I got the rare chance to see one of my favorite people in the whole world.  I love this girl!!

And her sweet hubby

And adorable daughter

Our guys
We went to Rhema to look at the lights.

And we got our teeth cleaned.  Kiki was the absolute perfect patient.  She seemed to love every moment of the appointment.  Rosie was the exact opposite.

OPEN WIDE!!!

Smiles all around.

I will not open my mouth.

She looks totally relaxed, don't you think ;)

We ended our time in Tulsa with a quick visit with Grandma Carlile!
