I have been buying squeeze baby food (pictured above) for quite some time to use when we aren't at home or are in a rush. They were a must for Kiki when we were on our trip to Oklahoma. You don't have to worry about bringing a spoon and it's a lot less messy.
Rosie loves the squeeze apple sauce, as well.
They are so convenient, but I hated the price and the "green" part of me really wished I could find a reusable one that I could use with my homemade baby food. I started toying with the idea of working on a prototype. I was reading a blog yesterday and found that someone beat me to the punch. The company is called Sili Squeeze and I ordered some this morning. I can't wait for them to arrive! I ordered the two pack that comes with a 4 oz. and 6 oz. bottle. I'll let you know how they turn out! Just thought I would share, in case you were interested.

I have been wondering about these, too. Another friend of mine posted a link to these on Facebook a long time ago and I looked into it, but wasn't ready to make the investment. It's funny because Tim was thinking he needed to invent something like this, too. So when I saw the link, I immediately forwarded it to him to let him know it was already invented. I'm curious about how hard it is for the food to come out and how bulky they are. While I enjoy being green, when we're on the go, I also enjoy being able to just throw the pack away when it's done. Plus, I haven't made much baby food since Mei Li can eat normal food, so I didn't really have anything to fill it with. Sorry for the long comment. In the end, I look forward to your thorough review. =)
