Pain in the neck

We are on the road.  We got off a little later than we hoped, but when you aren't going to reach your destination until the wee hours of the morning anyway, what's another hour?  The girls have done great and Mark and I have enjoyed our usual roadtrip jam session.  When Elton John's, "Tiny Dancer" plays, you know It's a Murrill roadtrip.

I really can't "get down" like I normally do because there is something terribly wrong with my neck and back.  I've had some issues since having Keek's, but last night was crazy.  I woke up around 2am and I was in the most intense pain I have ever experienced.  I couldn't turn my neck and I couldn't get up or move without Mark's assistance.   I kept a heating pad on my neck for a few hours and that seemed to loosen it a little.  I'm still in pain and have limited mobility, but it is better.  I think I'm ready to trade my body in for a newer model, preferrably the super model kind.
